DREAMSCAPE Part Ways With Drummer, Announce Replacement
July 8, 2005German progressive metallers DREAMSCAPE have parted ways with drummer Bernhard Huber. "Bernhard left the band 'cause of musical and personal reasons," the band write on their web site. "Being a part of DREAMSCAPE for many years, his exit is for sure a deep loss in many respects. So we wish Bernhard all the best in his musical and personal future and say 'thank you' for all the things he has done for the band."
Replacing Huber in DREAMSCAPE is 7FOR4 drummer Klaus Engl. "We are already looking forward to the collaboration and to the first show with the new lineup — hopefully coming soon," the band write on their web site. "For sure, Klaus will already be with us at the 'ProgPower USA VI' show in Atlanta in September this year, so our American fans will soon have the opportunity to take a taste of his brilliant handcraft at drums and percussions."
DREAMSCAPE's most recent CD, "End of Silence", was released in January 2004 via Massacre Records.
